Enjoy a fully customized itinerary tailored to your interests and schedule, along with 24/7 in-destination support from our local office. All accommodation stays, tours, and transfers for scheduled activities are included, except where noted in the itinerary. You will also have a private driver for all tours and transfers, and each morning you can savor breakfast at your hotel, plus any additional meals specified in the itinerary.
Experience the best of your itinerary with local private guides or shared tours that highlight key experiences. Your final itinerary will specify the type of tour you will enjoy. Upon arrival, arranged greetings and transport from the airport to your accommodation will be confirmed by your expert, who will provide details on your meet and greet locations. Additionally, local flights between stops in your itinerary are included (unless otherwise indicated), and each traveler is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on for trip transfers.
Your international airfare is an important aspect of your travel plans. Please let your expert know if you’d like to receive airfare pricing from our Air Team. Additionally, consider travel insurance for added protection, and ensure you have the necessary visas unless otherwise noted. Remember to account for tips for services and experiences during your trip. Meals, including lunches, dinners, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), are typically not included unless specified. Also, be aware of any excess baggage charges and note that baggage may not be included in your fare where applicable.
Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, SIM cards, or room service; early check-in or late check-out from hotels (unless noted); additional sightseeing, activities, and experiences outside of your itinerary; optional enhancements like room or flight upgrades, or local camera or video fees; and passport fees and immunization costs.
