Upon your arrival at the airport, an English-speaking Explore-Kenya representative will greet you at customs and immigration. The representative will be holding a clearly marked page board with your name on it as you exit the arrivals hall. This representative will walk you through your welcome package documents and itinerary, addressing any questions you may have about your upcoming Kenya safari packages.
If needed, the representative will also assist you with the visa process. After completing this process, you will proceed to the baggage claim hall and passenger pick-up, where our driver will be waiting for a private transfer to your hotel.
Once you arrive at your hotel and settle in, there will be a short meet and greet. During this time, we will share welcome remarks, review your itinerary—including exciting opportunities for Amboseli National Park and Masai Mara safari adventures—answer any questions, and prepare for day two. Following this orientation, if time permits, you can explore the local shops, restaurants, and markets with one of our expert tour guides, enhancing your luxury travel experiences.
